This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all services provided by Krishit Events . By confirming a booking, the client (“Client”, “you”) agrees to this policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
1.2 The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.

2. Cancellation by Client

2.1 If the Client cancels the event after booking confirmation, no refund shall be issued for any amount paid.
2.2 Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2.3 Any work already completed or expenses incurred shall be borne by the Client.

3. Rescheduling of Events

3.1 Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date.
3.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3 Advance payments may be adjusted against the rescheduled date at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Cancellation by Company

4.1 In rare cases where Krishit Events is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company may cancel or reschedule the event.
4.2 In such cases, the Company’s liability shall be limited to rescheduling the event or refunding the advance payment, at its discretion.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5.2 No refunds shall be issued for partial services, delays, or changes caused by the Client, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party failures.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or emergencies.

7. Acceptance

By making a payment and confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
