These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of event planning and decoration services by Krishit Events. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Agreement
1.1 A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
1.2 The advance payment is non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
1.3 The scope of services shall be limited to those expressly mentioned in the final quotation or agreement.
2. Payments & Pricing
2.1 All prices are subject to change based on customization, venue size, location, availability of materials, and additional client requirements.
2.2 The balance payment must be cleared on or before the event date, prior to completion of setup.
2.3 Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope shall attract additional charges, payable immediately.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
3.1 In the event of cancellation by the Client after booking confirmation, all payments made shall be forfeited.
3.2 Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event and are subject to availability.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4. Event Setup & Access
4.1 The Client shall ensure timely access to the venue for setup and dismantling.
4.2 Any delays caused by the Client, venue management, or third parties shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
4.3 Setup timelines are indicative and may vary depending on event complexity and site conditions.
5. Loss, Damage & Liability
5.1 The Client shall be fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to décor materials after installation.
5.2 The cost of repair or replacement shall be charged to the Client at actual market value.
5.3 The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Design Variations
6.1 While the Company shall make every effort to replicate the agreed design, minor variations may occur due to material availability, lighting, venue limitations, or weather conditions.
6.2 Significant alterations requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property & Promotion
7.1 All photographs, videos, and creative content produced during the event may be used by the Company for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the Client provides written objection prior to the event.
8. Permissions & Compliance
8.1 The Client shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals required for the event.
8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any penalties arising from the Client’s failure to obtain such permissions.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance
By confirming a booking and making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
