Setup Duration: The entire decoration setup will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the room size. Please ensure the room is available for our decorators during this time.

Access Requirement: Our team requires access to the bedroom/venue. If it is a surprise, please arrange for someone to let the team in without spoiling the surprise for your partner.

Stool/Ladder: The client is requested to provide a small stool or ladder to help our decorators reach the ceiling for hanging balloons and ribbons.

Property Safety: We use high-quality, removable masking tape/glue dots to attach balloons to walls and ceilings to minimize any risk of paint peeling. However, we are not responsible for old or damp paint flaking.

Rose Petals: We use fresh rose petals. Please note that while they look beautiful, crushed petals can sometimes leave mild stains on light-colored bedsheets.

Candle Safety: If the package includes real candles, please ensure they are placed away from curtains, fabrics, and the balloons. We highly recommend and can provide LED candles for the bed setup to ensure 100% safety.

Cleanup: The package price covers the decoration service only. Post-celebration cleanup (removing tape, sweeping petals) is the client’s responsibility.

Hotel Rules: If this booking is for a hotel room, please obtain prior permission from the hotel management for wall-taping and candle usage before we arrive.

Balloon Lifespan: Air-filled foil balloons will stay inflated for 24+ hours. Latex balloons (if added) generally last 8-10 hours.

Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel the booking to avoid cancellation charges.
